I accept documents through several secure channels:
- Secure email: Send to luismelitemortgage@gmail.com. For sensitive documents, I can provide an encrypted upload link.
- In-person: Visit my office at Unit 413-1650 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill. Please call ahead to schedule.
- Virtual meeting: We can review documents together via video call, and I will guide you through secure upload.
All documents are handled confidentially in accordance with PIPEDA and FSRA requirements.
