Why I do this work
A mortgage is rarely just a financial instrument. It is the mechanism through which families secure their first home, through which entrepreneurs free capital for their next venture, through which retirees access decades of accumulated equity.
Every mortgage I help structure is connected to something larger — a life decision, a transition, a chapter beginning or ending. I approach this work with the gravity it deserves.
Through deep relationships cultivated over years in this industry, I have access to more than fifty Canadian lenders — from the major banks and credit unions to monoline specialists and private capital sources. This network allows me to find appropriate solutions for situations that might be declined elsewhere.
My Level 2 designation — the highest available to Ontario mortgage agents — reflects the experience and authority to navigate the full spectrum of mortgage complexity, including private and non-traditional financing.
I am based in Richmond Hill but serve clients across all of Ontario. Geography is no barrier to thoughtful service.
